These conditions of sale apply to all sales made on the CollectionMania.ca website.
Placing your order
Placing an order is easy! Simply place the items that have a in stock status add them in your cart and then check out. Please be aware that our website may not allow you to order in-stock items in the same cart as pre-order items.
When you place your order we will process it as soon as possible and we cannot allow any cancelation since we are processing the order rapidly.
Collectionmania.ca reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased by an individual, household or within a given order, at our discretion. If this is the case we will contact you to let you know.
Collectionmania.ca will always endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date product and pricing information, but despite these efforts, typographical and clerical errors may occur. We can therefore not confirm the price of an item until after the order has been placed. In the event of an error or incorrect product or price listing, Collectionmania.ca reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the erroneous item. Should this occur, the customer will be informed of the mistake and the measures taken before the order is processed.
If you are having multiple pre-order items shipped to you and they arrive here at different times, we will hold the items for you until they all arrive so they can ship together. This way, you are only paying once for shipping.
If you are ordering items with release dates that are month apart and you do not want to wait for all your order to arrive make sure to do separate invoice. This way you will get your order faster, but you will have to pay separate shipping on every order.
If your shipping address is in Quebec, this option will be available at checkout. You may pick up your order when it is ready at our store. If you pre-order multiple items with different release dates, or ones that happen to come in at different times, we will process them individually as they come in for you. Curbside pickups is possible with no contact!
Once we notify you that your order is complete and has arrived in store, you have 90 days to pick it up in store or arrange for shipping. If you do not come within this time, we will be obliged to send your items to a local organization for underprivileged children without any reimbursement from us. The abuse of certain customers forces us to take this measure in order to free up our warehouse!
If there is a problem with the shipment, we must be notified within the first 24 hours from when you received your order.
We do not accept any return.
